We deliver all watches within two business days, and it’s usually even quicker within Kuwait.

Shipping to outside of State of Kuwait may attract local customs and duty charges, which are beyond our control are based on the customs laws of the receiving territory.

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by BSHQRF Watches.

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will reimburse the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged. If you simply want to return the watch for other reasons, disputes regarding the complaint may be referred to the Board for Consumer Complaints, whose recommendations we follow.

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refund might takes 3-15 days for the bank to credit back the refunded amount.
